Cancellation & rescheduling Singing lessons or vocal coaching: 24 hours or more = full refund less £5 or any processing fees (whichever is greater) Less than 24 hours = no refund under any circumstances, including illness Workshops, courses or practice groups: 4 weeks or more = 90% refund 1 week to 4 weeks = 25% refund 1 week or less = non-refundable for any reason
